Black Joy.

Black Joy is a visual and community-centered campaign that celebrates Black joy as culture, memory, and everyday life. Through environmental design, social media, and tactile artifacts, the project highlights moments of laughter, softness, creativity, and connection that are often overlooked. Instead of centering narratives of struggle, the campaign shifts the focus toward joy as something created, protected, and shared within Black communities.

Rooted in lived experience and collective storytelling, the campaign invites participation, encouraging Black artists and individuals to reflect on what joy means to them and contribute their own stories. With vibrant yet calming visuals and an organic design language inspired by movement and texture, Black Joy creates spaces both physical and digital where Black people can see themselves reflected with care.
